MICHAEL SThere was feces in the back of the truck and a broken mirror. When I went back to tell them the door was locked (it was closing time) and no one answered when I knocked. (They had just locked the door. There wasn’t enough signal on my phone to make a call.

DARRYL DThe young man working there was the rudest person I have met in my 75 years. Tried to explain the computer problems when I left, but he said so, you owe for 4 extra miles. It wasn't the $4.76 cents. When I said I will not pay it, he said your debit card already did and threw a copy of the receipt on the desk and walked out of the building. Called Corporate and they said they would have the Regional Manager call, but never did. So different than when I got the truck.
