This location has no customer service assistant available for any mishaps. The key for the U-Haul I rented was not available at the time of my pick up, the employees at this location had no idea on how to assist me and the number provided was never answered nor did I receive a call back. Eventually one of the employees was able to locate the key after looking around for some time.
