I refilled truck to the line at which I received it … still charged $14 ? (Note it was driven from the refill location! Original scheduled help neither showed nor made contact in any way (phone call revealed they were in California! And Truck steering is dangerously loose making this truck unsafe to drive (notice is hereby given);
