U Haul was great place to go had many vehicles to chose from and the rates were much more reasonable than I ever expected. The people were really nice. Cool place to go and rent a vehicle I won't go back to the other places I went to I will stay with U Haul. Thanks

The truck was not clean when given to me. I have to swipe the floor so that I won't be charged for mess that other people made. I recommend employed to check and make sure inside the truck was clean before giving to customer.
Rental experience at this location was unbelievably horrible. The hygiene of the truck was obnoxious(dirty, sticky, smelly). Also, this place rips off customers by putting in the false information on the form. I took a picture of mileage I drove and the amount of gas in the tank. It wasn't full when I checked out the truck but the manager made me to pay for the gas that I didn't even use. I ended up paying an additional $20 on top of renting a truck for a couple of hours and driving less than 10 miles. Oh, he was going to charge me for two days of rent, and I had to confront him for that as well. Also, they are not even wearing a mask when working with customers. I love Uhaul, but this location should really get the consequences by losing customers.

The actual uhaul van itself was very clean, well maintained, and drove fairly smooth. However, I was pretty disappointed to walk into the office and find that none of the employees were wearing masks (not when I picked up or dropped off). Also, the process for paying tolls is pretty inconvenient. Because of covid, none of the non-ipass toll lanes are functional, so you don't have a choice but to go through without paying or go through the ipass lane. They said I have to go onto the idot website and calculate the route and then make a payment........somehow? I probably would rather they total it and put it on my card later.
Everything about the location and vehicle was fine. The online vehicle pickup method was terrible. The User interface does not work well on a mobile device - pages wouldn't format properly, and selection boxes were too small. I'm 30, very capable of using my iPhone and it still took 15 minutes to get through the web application. I had 4 bars of service and pages were very slow to load. Also, the website asked for additional rental information like secondary contacts. When I submitted that information, a chat box popped up and an agent said he was working on approval. At no point in time was I notified that UHaul would be contacting those individuals- this should be in bold print or the agent have should notified me he'd be calling. Neither of my contacts were expecting a call and one of them who was with me at the time ignored the call. This was a poor experience and I will not be recommending that others use it.
Facility and Katie, the associate, were great! Truck was fine, but two tires were bald. So, scary.

Everything was excellent as always... I've rented several times from here and it's always a great experience.
Only issue I encountered and it is not a big deal. I did the on-line check in where I was required to upload pictures of the front and back of my drives license. When I arrived at the location, they required my license so they could make a copy... Again, I didn't mind providing, but since I had already uploaded seems like a duplication of efforts. If they were just verifying it was me, I understand, but to make a copy after I uploaded images was just a little silly.
My Service prior to pick up at the Ustor It was awful, they were good. I was sent to location that was closed called support and my code was invalid so I had to change pickup locations and was given a cargo van not a truck like I requested.
The reservation system â€œexpiredâ€ my. Reservation because i was an hour or so later picking up my truck. I made the earlier pickup specifically so if i got Off ny night shift job early it would be ready.... I then had to wait till 1000 to get another truck checked out. My reservation had a credit card attachedâ€”i was VERY unhappy about that. However, the one bright spot was the girl that helped me once they openedâ€”she was very helpful.
