The left turn signal on the trailer was not working, and could not be fixed. I had to take the trailer “As Is”....Rental Equipment should be “Tested” for all operational functions BEFORE renting it out.

I setup the online pickup using my phone and was told I'd be called the day before to make sure everything was setup. I was not called and never received 50 dollars back due to it which is what their policy states. The next day I showed up and they didn't have a truck assigned to my reservation and their only option, even though their was a truck sitting there not being used that was what I ordered, was to drive 45 minutes away to pick up a truck in another town and then drive it back. That did not work for my schedule so I was forced to reschedule for the following week. The second time around went smoothly but no one apologized for the mixup and if I hadn't been in a situation where I could have afforded the time to not move for another week it could have really screwed things up for me. Following getting the truck the inside of the truck was not swept and dirty. I had to sweep before being able to move my things. Finally the truck was shaking badly the entire time I was driving as if something was wrong with the tire which was an added stress to moving. If this was just for the rental when it worked the second time it wasn't a terrible experience but with the mixup and not being able to get the truck until the second week without any discount or even a we are sorry on top of the few things during the day of the actual rental I am not pleased. It got the job done but besides that it wasn't good

You can’t go back in the ap I started with the wrong truck and when I realized the app would not let me go back and report the damage that was on it that isn’t marked It wasn’t marked when I rented it last month also

The truck was clean and comfortable and drove well, but the mirrors were not stable. Nothing that would prove dangerous, just a little troublesome to keep adjusting. Please note, I haven't had a chance to talk to the location about this. As far as customer service, there isn't anything to improve - great people in Livingston!

Make it easier to decide where we will be returning the equipment. We requested this location, but later were told to go to a much further location. Ultimately, after many, many unsuccessful tries to get through to Uhaul, we were able to make it this location again.

The experience with scheduling via UHaul was terrible. No one could give me a reasonable location and said I may have to drive hours and hundreds of miles to pick up the trailer. Ridiculous !!! Never got a call from Uhaul where to pick it up. I just happened to go to my local location and they said they had my trailer and reservation. The entire experience makes me want to NEVER rent from UHAUL again. This was not the local location problem....this is an issue with the UHAUL customer service scheduling and coordination center ....terrible !!!!

I had no issue with the local location but the help that was provided by U-haul "traffic" and the U-haul system was not a good experience. I had a store in Bozeman MT help me with a reservation over the phone for a pick up in Belgrade MT. After finishing the paperwork it was discovered that the reservation was set up incorrectly and was listed as in town use not one way. The Belgrade store could not free up the car dolly and I had to drive to Livingston MT to pickup the dolly (37 miles in the opposite direction of my travel). When I arrived in Livingston "traffic had not notified the store and the paperwork had to be started again. The discussion in the store was transferring several dollys to Bozeman stores. It would be advisable to transfer dollys internally and let a customer take the one that was reserved rather than request a customer travel to another town to pick it up.

The Livingston, Montana staff were wonderful. However, working with the U-Haul "national" representatives over the phone was incredibly frustrating as they were condescending and completely disinterested in helping in any way.

tow trailer light on right side didn,t work. nobody was able to fix it so I had to drive 2400 miles with a broken tail light.
