This was the worst experience for me as the contact details provided was unreachable. When I returned the truck the shop was closed although when I told them that I will be returning the truck in an hour they didn't instructed me about the dropin box for the keys as I searched the whole building neither they instructed me to keep the keys underneath the passenger seat and lock the vehicle for which I wasted me time calling the customer service and wasted 1hr standing out in cold. Really disappointed.
