Our reserved trailer was ready, as promised, and everything worked as advertised. The U-Haul staff at the pick-up and drop-off locations were very helpful. PETER BCharged me 87$ for a 15’ truck and the day got 4 hrs and the day before that U-Haul charged me 89 $ for a 26’ for 6hrs. That didn’t make sense
Jerry GOffice is not fancy, but clean Truck equipment was clean. However, not well maintained driver's seat torn and had some difficulty starting truck at times. No blankets for moving even though there was a bag stating where they were normally kept. Really rough ride, but unsure if all well used vehicles of this type are all the way. I would rent from them again.
GEORGEANNA WThe truck had several problems. It pulled to the left terribly the brakes had a problem and it leaned to the right! Not well maintained at all and dangerous to drive!
