We were billed for three days and dropped the truck off in less than 24 hours, when we requested a rate adjustment we were told too bad the $560 price was the price.
ERIC PNever called, texted, or emailed yet arbitrarily CHARGED ME over $30 for more fuel after I refilled the tank, had a receipt, AND provided photos of both the mileage and fuel in the tank. Had to call U-HAUL after that happened to get it rectified. HORRIBLE location - emailed them TWICE about all this and ZERO response:
