The trailer was dirty inside and needed to be swept out. The tires on the trailer were almost bald with no real tread to speak of.

The truck was blocked in by multiple other trucks I had to get another driver approved so I could even get the truck out without having to waste even more of my rental time. It took almost an hour at location to do the mobile pick up process so then it slowed my process down an lost working leading to delay in returning truck an extra fees being charged. This location driving an parking needs better marked to prevent this from happening to others.
