Truck was dirty and still had trash in it. The check engine light was on and the air conditioner made horrible noises the whole time we had it.

I was told when I rented the trailer they would be charge for two days use. I used the trailer for last the 24 hours. The dealer said I would be credit for the second I paid. But you took the two days cost when you pulled the money out of the bank. I should be credited for one day.

Additionally, he only made eye contact with the gentleman I brought with me instead of with me, whom he was doing business with. Tony, the man who waited on me, needs to learn women rent u-hauls too and should be treated with the same respect men are.
