This location "Furniture Mart" is no longer a U-Haul representative. I checked in on the app and was directed to "go inside to the front counter to pick up the keys". That is when I found out that Furniture Mart ended their relationship with u-Haul long ago but there was a lock box behind their building that should have keys in it.. Then the app got stuck and would not let me continue. I had to all u-haul and I was told that the key code was emailed to me. I hadn't recevied any emails so the rep told me I had to be transferred to get a second email with the code. The next u-hual rep I spoke with said "We don't email codes, the app will give you the code" Well the app was locked up because it thought that Furniture Mart had the keys for me. So the rep had to find the code for me. When I finally got the keys the app now had me completely checked in and would not let me log what the mileage was, what the gas starting amount was nor what the van's condition was. The van was nasty and smells not dogs and dog urine, and it looks like dogs have urinated on the walls inside the cargo area. I had to drive around with the windows down to handle the smell.

The problem is uhual waited for almost a week to charge me the full amount and then over drafted my account. And that do it on the app process is ass because u dont have a human to talk to to help.
NORRIS LI ordered the vehicle at a different location and was forced to use this one at Fury ferry road. The requested furniture pads were not there with the vehicle and I had no option to report them missing in the check in app. The Check in app was also not working so I had to call the toll free number and that was not helpful at all. To top it off, I was still charged for the furniture pads, although, I have not complained bout that to U-Haul yet. At the end, I was charged for extra milage when I had to drive farther than 10 miles just to pick up the truck in the first place. there was also no parking for the return truck. I had to bother the clerk at the convenance store next to the drop off point who was able to call around and get the code for us to get in the gate.

David WI requested an in person pick up and U-haul change the pick up for a mobile without contacting me to see if it was ok, which I said on the phone when making reservations that I did not want a mobile pick up. It took over an hour for me to get truck after driving from NC to GA. I will never rent from Uhaul again. I will also be making a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.
