It was supposed to be open at 9am, and no one was there. the check-in process was not as simple as thought, but most was via email and text - it seemed.

JAMES H.I was charged extra day for turn in-in went yesterday was concerned about leaving truck beside road with no one there. Still no one there today. AWFUL way to turn in truck very compilated process that l had to redo 4 time as it timed out or was lost. Just hope it got received by U-Haul. If someone happens to read this please let me know. Over all was a Bad Experience
