The process for renting the moving vehicle could have been a bit better. I got a text with the link that would give me instructions on how to get the key once I was at the location but when I put in the code I got via text, it told me there was an error and at that point it wouldn't allow me to do anything else. I tried it again and it just said my location could not be found, even with my location turned on. I tried calling customer service since that was the only option it gave me but it took so long to get through all the options. I rented the truck for 5 hrs only and my time was already running without even having access to the truck. I had to walk inside and ask for help, which defeated the purpose of doing everything online to keep a safe distance. I was finally able to get the truck with just a bit more than 4 hrs before it being due back. Once I got the keys everything else went smoothly. I just think some improvement could be done on the technical side.
Have the key in the correct box. Took a long time to get it corrected with customer service.

I had troubles with the check-in and check-out process. I've run into this before too. To better explain, I was never prompted to submit a picture of my license, so I had to go in store to complete that process. Check-out would have worked fine, but I returned the truck early, and didn't receive the message until it was too late to actually complete that process. Might be better to send a link for that in advance, as I'm sure I'm not the only who estimate how long something is going to take and adds a bit more time to be safe.
The van we rented had the driver's side door open upon arrival, used syringes and cigarette butts in cup holders and on the dashboard. Also staff was not proactive about the dollies that we had ordered - we nearly drove off without them. Staff told me to just put the keys in the lock box upon return and to not go inside. Then I began receiving texts from the store asking when the van would be returned. Overall not a great experience and was really hoping to continue supporting them as it's a Northside business - but this was a really poor first experience.
Employees not properly trained and vehicles poorly maintenanced
Owner did not communicate clearly the specification of the terms of the rental agreement. Please read you contract clearly before signing the rental agree because the conversation you have with the owner may not correspond with what's written on the agreement.
The truck was full of trash both in the drivers seat and at the back. They gave me the truck 2 hours late although I had it booked for over a week. Just a horrible experience. They did not have supplies in the store and the clerk was not ready to solve the situation. Find another Uhaul there are plenty of them in the area.

The online check-in process was a little confusing. I must have missed some steps because I used my computer rather than my phone. It would have been nice to know still that while I did some of what I needed to, I didn't do it all.
The guy who was there had little to no training pick up was for 11am didn't get out of the place until almost noon. He should never be left alone until he has more training and he was verrry slow.
My experience was THE best I had with Uhaul. Customer care to my vehicle, everything was very pleasant.
Closed early day we dropped the u-haul off no one their.
