Make sure the trucks actually work and compensate customers who have damaged goods. People are spending harder and money to try to move, which is an expensive process as it is, and there is always extra fuse to pay will not be using them again.

BRIDGETTE II’m still waiting on a callback. This was actually the worst experience ever. Our truck broke down because the battery died. I had to pay people extra that showed up to help me move because they had to stand around and wait for an extra hour. I would like someone to call me back at 704-420-4421. I expect to have my U-Haul refunded as I’ve had to pay out more money than it cost me to even rent the U-Haul.
CRYSTAL STerrible communication on drop off location. We were told where to drop it off. The location was closed and did not accept drop offs. Very frustrating having to call and get a new drop off location. We should have been given a different location being the one given was closed
