Worst fkn service!!!!! The employee of the uhaul showed was not at the uhaul distribution office. We called and asked why no one was there while we had a booked reservation. He sais he would be there in 5 minutes HOWEVER showed up 40 minutes late !!! Worst customer service and we work in the restaurant business I know what I mean !!! After we returned the truck I went back and forth with the uhaul employee concerning the payement because he didnt want to take the payment from the restaurant company card. Which has never been a problem because it is a COMPANY CARD with our CANADA inc number on it !I After sending him a signed letter from you authorising on paper that we wree allowing our employee to use the card to pass the payment, he confirmed with me that on the same day he would be able to to the reimburse ment in full to our employee and pass it on the company card. The same day our employee in question went to the same uhaul to get reimbursed and pass the payment on the company card. He than explained that in his system he was unable to reimburse our employee to the full because the truck was not in the parking and that he had rented it out to someone else... makes no sense. There there is still a charge on the employee card, he did not make a payment on our business card and there this back and forth was a waste of time. !!!!!!! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

La note moyenne accordée pour mon appréciation générale de l’établissement est dû à l’état vraiment désolant du bureau de réception. Exigu, étroit et peu invitant, ce local n’est pas une digne introduction aux excellents services que vous offrez. Je plains le personnel qui doit y travailler et néanmoins offrir un accueil chaleureux aux clients.

I had a great experience with the location but a horrible experience trying to use 24/7 rental. I ended up having to reschedule my plans to use the pick-up office because the UHAUL 24/7 was such an utter disaster that I am actively warning others against using it

The service was great and the trucks are very practical. I was charged a 2nd day which was very demoralizing as my move is already quite expensive. The truck was returned less than an hour past the 24h limit. I don't believe the employee could help me which is totally understandable. I also reserved a small dolly and some covers which I never got and wasn't informed where to get them or that its on the client to pick them up. All in all I really appreciate the concept of the UHaul company as I've used it before. I was just disheartened that I essentially had to pay twice for one days service and it really left a bad taste in my mouth that there was no discretion, just a fat bill. Thank you

I have to wait 1:20 minutes to get my truck because the company’s computer system bugged. I’m not satisfied of that, I did my reservation on line to get it faster but the store was unable to return the truck from the last client and it take more than one hour of my time.

Être plus à l’écoute des clients et être plus responsable afin de déterminer la part de responsabilité de U-Haul. Améliorer le support pour un plan B lorsque l’appli ne fonctionne pas Application non fiable et non conviviale; a cause du système j’ai perdu un avant-midi. J’ai du payer des ouvriers sans rien faire. Rendre l’application offrant la possibilité d’avoir un environnement comp’ Français.

Vous devriez donner un double des clés à vos succursale. Nous avions oublier les clés dans le camion barré au retour et le gérant à dû faire venir un taxi pour déverrouiller mais il ne voulait pas payer et me refacturer, j'ai donc du faire déplacer quelqu'un pour aller payer car je demeure trop loin et n'ai pas de voiture. Aucun accommodement. Je me suis aussi fait facturer de l'essence en erreur, le niveau du retour à mal été pris par la succursale, et j'ai une preuve photo à l'appui que nous avions bien fait le plein.

Horrible customer service, didn't understand the different details and he responded very rudely, telling me I should just look at the paper. Ended up not understanding how to read correctly the indications, didn't understand where to put the keys back, wasted a lot of time to find the entrance, ended up at the pet shop next door.

Le réceptionniste est impoli, maladroit et incompétent. Paresseux et parle mal. Avant de facturer quelqu’un, on lui dit pourquoi on le facture. Je remet le camion, si ce n’est pas au même niveau il me dit et me laisse le choix de repartir remplir ou pas. Il fait tout en silence comme un bandit. On dit monsieur vous êtes à tel niveau et vous serez chargé tel montant. Ce n’est pas ma 1 location u haul mais je n’ai jamais vu plus mauvais service,

im really disappointed. I rent a van that was dirty and in the request I ask for a dolly, which wasn't in the van, I told customer service, i have send emails and i have no answer. The charge is still in my payment, really bad experience.

The U-Haul application proved to be totally useless and if it is not indeed useless the customer facing part of it is horrible. It added anxiety to the already very stressful ordeal that moving is. After having downloaded the application it was very unclear what needed to be done to pick up the truck. When I logged in, I was asked to resubmit all the drivers information again when I had already filled everything out online. It was unpleasant and frustrating to have to try and decipher what this application was for and if this had happened outside of opening hours it would have resulted in a disaster. Thankfully a very helpful employee wAs at the location Saturday the 3rd at 10am to help me and get me set up with my truck. Horrible platform, great customer service. Please get rid of this stupid app or get someone to very seriously rework it

reservation at 10am, confirmed via phone call the previous day. on the day itself called the location twice, no answer, no return of messages arrived at a closed door called number on the door, no answer called dispatch, not very helpful. do not recommend att all and not happy with u-haul service
