I had no option but to use this location for the truck I chose after UHaul called me that afternoon stating they couldn’t get the truck somewhere else closer. After getting there and completing sign out, there was a vehicle blocking the truck itself. Only 1 person spoke English at location and they had to be called from a body shop worker. The vehicle blocking the truck then had to be jump started in order to move it. I live on the complete opposite side of the county so having the option of returning the truck to a more convenient location would’ve been better.
