Speedometer is definitely rigged. I made to trips from my location to a storage unit twice the distance was 1.7 miles...then back to the U-Haul center which is only 6.3 miles from where I live and the trip calculates that I drove over 72 miles???? Something is definitely wrong with that!

I was overcharged a day of use but I returned the truck in 10 hours - picked up at about 10 and returned at 8. I ordered a furniture dolly which was not available when I arrived. I was charged for two packs of 6 pads, but one pack was on the wall with a pull tie and no instructions for use. I did not use it and the dolly was not provided. After I checked in the truck using your online system, I could not exit. There no instructions for exit and nobody told me how to get out. So, I had to climb the fence to leave. I took photos as instructed and placed the truck as instructed. Please return the extra day charge ASAP so I do not have to DISPUTE the charge with the credit card company.

Not a compliant about the location in general but about U-Haul marketing tactics. When you ask for a 20 foot box truck, you expect to get a truck with a 20' box. U-Haul counts the little bump out above the cab in their calculation of the length of the box and this is not honest / ethical in my opinion. That's not real world usable space for the material I need to move.

There was no one there for about 15 minutes. We called the manager (sign posted) and she suggested we just wait until he got back. Well, this is a problem when you are on a schedule. There ended up being 4 different parties waiting to return trucks before we all just dropped our keys and left. This location makes UHAUL look bad.

This UHaul is ok (No complaints). I basically just dropped my truck off here. There is another UHaul that isn't too far away from this one that has climate controlled storage and is relatively new. THAT UHAUL is AMAZING! The employees are extremely helpful, going above and beyond and the facility is great! I can't recommend that UHaul enough. This UHaul is probably great too, but I just don't know that much about it.

Maintain your equipment better. The wiper blades where nosy and dry. The truck rattled, and the engine seemed strand even when given opportunity to develop. Best part the staff was great!

I had to go to 3 different U-Haul's to finally find my truck. They told me at the Burlington location that I should have received a text about this, but I never did. Instead, I got an email at 8:08 AM (8 minutes after my scheduled pickup) saying I need to go to Mt. Laurel instead. That was inconvenient.

The guy who helped me to return the truck was very helpful and friendly. You can call this store to confirm my moving blanket story from above and the dolly error. As he was just as confused as I was, he apologized for their error.

make sure all equipment works before it is rented, and when someone calls for help don't pass them off and tell the customer its not our problem call roadside assistance., then get to the destination and be told that we cant take the truck we are full go to another one, spending more time and money, not fair.

Unfortunately we went to the U-Haul in Moorestown. They told us they did not have a truck and to call the 800 number. No offer to help We finally asked where there was another U-Haul and they told us about the one in Mt. Laurel., and one in Cherry Hill. We went to Mt.Laurel and not only did they have a truck but were most accommodation to our needs. You need to check out the Moorestown U-Haul, they could care less, no customer service. I am sure they have and will cost you a lot of business. ,

Please, Keep the gas tank full. I asked them to give me a full tank of gas to begin with, but they refused. It was 9/16th filled. That’s to arbitrary!! It just feels like a scam to fill it back to 9/16, since many customers will obviously overfill it, and U haul gets to keep that extra fuel. It’s not fair. It seems like you are out to just scam people to make extra money in such nefarious ways. Please change the policy back to fill tank. Thanks.
