I dropped off the trailer at 6:01 on Monday the November 6. Got a call from Amanda on November 13 saying we we're 5 days late. She was going to check with there office the next morning and email me. Have not heard from her yet.

I have never been told to hook up my own trailer at uhaul before and have rented many trailers from you. I had to go back inside to ask for a wiring harness. Good thing I know how to hook up a trailer.

Very unorganized!!!



I did not have an issue with the agent. I have an issue with U-Haul. I was quoted one price and my card was charged 66.31 for the use of the vehicle for three hours and 37 miles. When I returned the truck in great condition, clean and full of fuel I was then charged additional money that was not on the agreement that I had originally signed. Then they charged my card another 71.21 which meant that I was charged twice the amount and actually drove less that I put on the original contract. I would like to hear why this had to happen and is it your companies practice to make this type of transactions. I will be looking forward to hearing from somebody on this matter.

The dealer rep spoke very little English. That was fine. However I was under the impression the local shop where the previous rental was dropped off is required to inspect and maintain vehicles before being released to the next customer. In the case of the 15' truck I rented, the "Change Oil" warning came on within 10 miles of leaving Davis Mobil. That and the fact the hood was stuck closed may explain why fluids were not reviewed and changed. I suggest this specific truck be taken out of one way service.

Not that great. Two bolts missing, which allowed the wheel straps to come off. I had to repair them myself before I could tow the vehicle. One of the safety chains was missing the S hook at the end so it could not be used. The pick up location also changed my drop off location, which added 1/2 hour to my trip. It wasn't a great experience.

Two ladies at this location, not one of them spoke any English. Reserved the truck online with all my informations, and it still took over 30 minutes to get the keys.

Location is a gas station. The only person available to assist me was a small female who spoke little to no English. I had to ask a male customer in the store to help me remove the trailer from the hitch.

Hi yes it was horrible!!! 1st - The gas station I was sent to for pickup - over charged me my reservation was suppose to be $87.00. plus a $7.00 dolly rental... they charged me 108.00 with over charging me for the dolly - they charged me 10.00. There attitude sucked and they acted like they didn't have time to explain or go over anything with me. Based on this I will always look for other options first before calling uhaul. Thanks,

When i came to pick up and drop off the truck the employees where cluless and have no idea what to do. When I came to return the truck the clerk that was on shift was rude and said she was too busy to accept the truck and that she needed to contact the manager. The subway guy that works inside the gas station was the only one that helped us. Horrible experience horrible customer service!

I had to spend an hour for paperwork, and had to figure out how to hook up trailer myself. I would not recommend this location to anyone.



3 women who spoke very poor english which made communication almost impossible. I had to type in my own information. 45 minutes for what should have been 10. One women yelled when I couldn't understand her! Train these employees or pull the franchise.
