J AMake sure a confirmed reservation pickup location is the actual location. This initial reservation store waa closed, resulting in Uhaul switching me to another location, 4 miles further and 10 minutes after original pickup time. So, unfortunately this last minute change did not allow me to choose another company and causing me to have to drive an additional 8 miles round-trip that I was charged, unexpectedly. I should have gotten charged 8 miles less. I will inform others if they pickup on a Sunday, beware.
Paterson BThe only thing was the equipment was not were i scheduled to pick it up and was notified that day that i had to go to a different location to pick it up which i had to pay an Uber to take me there, when i could have walked to the original location, they had a month to get the equipment to the correct location, now it cost me more money and additional mileage from the rental, the truck was great
