Bill/charge customers correctly. Told it would cost 66 cents per km and was charged 99 per km instead. Extra money out of my pocket that I couldn’t afford to spare.

ZBIGNIEW MPerson on site was very good but didn’t have authority to hand out keys so she had to phone someone.
Michael CThe rental vehicle was not in road-safe condition nor was it as clean as I would've expected. Rented equipment was not in the vehicle upon pickup, there was a long list of issues I found after only using it for a couple of days, and I've yet to hear back from a management team member after waiting over a week (I was told by an associate a formal complaint was filed on my behalf - 8 days ago). Overall this was a very bad experience and I will refrain from using U-Haul at any time in the future.
