Reserved online, then found out the Location is a Pawn Shop! Truck smelled like weed! Attendant knew and didn't tell me before I took it. I was expecting $19.95 plus .19 per mile @102 miles…,,$132.95. Charged me $174.18 before she explained what I was being charged. Environment fee of $2 and CDW fee of $20! I declined the insurance scam. She couldn't explain what the CDW fee was. Then told me to contact the National office for a refund of the $22. UHAUL IS A SCAM! I will never use them again and will advise family and friends to use Penske. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! I want my damn money back!

My vehicle wasn't clean, the storefront wasn't clean or professional. My vehicle had half a tank of gas and low tires. We had to fill one up constantly. When I mentioned it at checkout, there was no apology or offer saying I should or could have called to have them fix.
