The Truck was filthy inside and out. I was furious. I worried that it had not been serviced. The woman in charge said it had been dropped off the night before. The inside had pop spilled all over it. The glove box had a food wrappers and sack from Subway. The man driving it had evidently spit out the window and it had sputum all down the side mirror. The whole front of the truck was covered in bugs. The windshield was filthy. My daughter and I would be driving 1200 miles and I needed to be assured it was a dependable truck. My daughter was flying in the next day and we were leaving the next day after that. It was too late for me to cancel the whole contract or I would have. I had been to UHaul of Arcadia and that's where I opted to p/u my truck but evidently that's not how it works. I almost felt like it was a bait and switch. I picked it up in the "bad" part of town. The whole p/u experience was terrible

Not this location in particular. This comment ss for the uhaul process. Last minute changes to reservations are incredibly frustrating. I would rather you just say the equipment is not available so we could look at different alternatives. Then getting charged extra for extra miles driven when those extra miles were because the equipment locations we are different parts of town. Overall the reservation process seems pointless and very irritating.
