Jonette CI was on a tight schedule when I picked up the equipment. I had a 9:00 appointment (the first of the day for this location). The lady who assisted me was 15 minutes late getting there which my tight schedule even tighter. She was very helpful and made the sign in experience smooth. She explained things very well. The equipment seemed well maintained and functioned as expected. I was impressed with the design of the trailer but disliked the surge brakes. I feel as though they put a lot of extra stress on my tow vehicle.
