Jean FThe business hours said it was open but the door was locked. There was no one to discuss the rental return with. the yard was full of water and mud to return the trailer . I had attempted to change return location prior to return date at the beginning of rental and again on Saturday when i was finished using the uhaul . Overall disappointed with the return of the rental location when there were so many other uhaul locations.
