Very accommodating, polite, good service. The reason I didn’t rate higher was because of the shop setting (second hand store) was not very neat. It doesnt matter to me or the service provided wasn’t deterred from the environment but bc of it I don’t feel comfortable rating the highest.

Pick up process SHOULD be improved greatly. I was scheduled to pick up at 8am but didn't get the van until 9:46am. Uhaul website told me that they are unable to rent time after trying to complete step by step verification. Customer service had me on hold for an hour and 15 mins before realizing she could transfer me to reservations and get my issue resolved in 5 minutes. I lost money by not being on time for my event and I'm a bit upset.

The wrong lock was on the truck we were supposed to rent. After attempts to access lock, we had to have a service representative from Uhaul online call the manager/owner of this location. The owner had to come to the location and let us in the truck. Luckily, it only took a few minutes for her to arrive. Also, we rented two different types of dollies and only one was in the truck. We had to go in and ask for the other one we rented and go searching through the building to find it. Customer service at this location was not good and overall it took us about 40 minutes to get our truck when it should have only taken a few minutes.

The location gave me keys, didn’t offer to look at the truck before rental, I had to ask and get her outside to confirm damage was acknowledged. I turned in rental during business hours but there was no one there to check it in. The man there spoke no English and couldn’t direct me to someone to help. I just get the bill and I’m being billed for gas when I returned it filled as it was when I left. I will definitely rethink using U-Haul after this experience. Definitely won’t use this location again.

Truck was in a locked gated area. Could not open gate lock. Had to wait for owner of property to come onsite and open the lock. Had to wait over an hour before I could get the truck.

I had to put gas in the truck on way to the apartment before the move, it was on Empty. Also, appliance dolly I ordered was not on the truck; I didn't need it for packing, I needed it for unloading. I made due with something else at my home.

We were told the vehicle was on full when we received it. Unfortunately we really did not pay attention to the gas gauge as we assumed they were telling the truth. But when we went to fill it up after going approximately 15 miles it cost over $11 to fill it up. I am sure the vehicle gets more 1-1/2 miles per gallon and do not feel it is proper that I had to pay to fill their tank which was not properly checked. There is No Way we used over 7 gallons of gas to go less than 15 miles. I would like to be reimbursed in some manner for this error.

There was no one there who knew how to use the uhaul software and appeared to not speak English fluently. The thrift shop owners were nice but very unhelpful. They gave me their phone and I had to speak to 2 people on the phone and had to wait for at least 10 minutes. I felt uncomfortable and uncertain I would be charged correctly since I was speaking to unnamed people on the phone. I don't believe it was their intention to offer a poor experience but it was very unprofessional.

I only spoke with the "Manager", other associates said I could not help them. A computer glitch occurred and it said I had an in town rental with no moving dolly, instead of a one-way move and dolly. I was told the truck would have to be exchanged. This was not possible, since it was 3/4 loaded with items from our apartment. I was told it repeatedly that an in-town option was better, when I had done the math myself and knew it would be more expensive. After 20 minutes of back and forth converstation, I just rented the dolly, moved our stuff and drove nearly an hour back to the store. The "manager" wasn't there and I was told I would have to wait 15 minutes for her to return. Luckily someone called her because of others that were returning rentals. She told every one to just leave them there and she would take care of them. I really appreciate U-haul, but I did not appreciate this experience at all. Recommendations: - Give a corporate number I can call, so if my rental location associate is non-cooperative, I can bypass them (somewhat). - Please don't tell my something is a deal when it is not. Even if i am wrong, the customer is always right. Thanks.

Very friendly staff, but system was very slow. Plan to spend 30 minutes getting your vehicle, even if you did the check-in online beforehand. May have been a one-time experience, however.

Most amazing service I've ever had. While checking my cargo van in, the service person was simultaneously on the phone and computer carrying out a complex process. She checked me in at the same time and never missed a beat. She also smiled during the whole process. Talk about multi-tasking? This woman deserves an award.

Difficult to park trailer, as the parking lot was small with random cars and furniture blocking a clear path for parking. It was also on a sloop which was concerning as we had to search out rocks to secure. A random unkept location. If it wasn't for sign or two uhaul trucks we would think we were in the wrong location.

Requested a pickup at this location then a drop off at another for a 17ft truck for $52 + milage. Store did not open on time so had to wait for the owner to arrive. Then was told I can't take the 17ft truck and drop off at another location because they had another reservation for it. Ended up having to take a 15ft and then the rate changed to $140 because for some reason the drop off price was different for a different location. Truck smelt like a cigar shop. Would not recommend this location to my worst enemy.
