Someone cut the gas line so when I went to refuel, the fuel went straight on to the ground so it wasn't the fault of the location - the lady that helped me, named Gloria, was great. She had no way of knowing the line was cut. Neither did I until I tried to refuel. It's the fault of the people that cut the line to siphon gas.
