You could start by not charging the next customer $2,768 more than you were suppose to and then holding their money for 3 days. The rental sight was fine but your ordering operations and the fact that a rental spot in Florida (I rented from a store in Missouri) could randomly bill me for someone else's uhaul is ridiculous.Benjamin C.

I rented the truck for two days and was charged for four days plus I was charge double the insurance . Perkins automotive, where I rented the truck, charged my card $67 on top of the other overcharges. I would not recommend anyone going to Perkins to rent a truck.Stephen M.
I am very unhappy that in addition to charging me the full amount for my rental, Uhaul placed a hold of $52.21 on my account that I'm told will fall off eventually after 3 days or so. The rental location is unable to tell me anything about the charge or why it was placed and 1-800-GO-Uhaul will only tell me that it should fall off in 3 days or so, not why it is there in the first place. There was never any verbal mention of an additional hold being placed, and I see nothing about that in the contract paperwork that was emailed to me. Hopefully, it falls off eventually as they say, but if you're thinking of renting you should be aware that you may run into this sort of thing.Jason R.

UHaul called me the day before I was supposed to get my trailer and told me that I would have to go to Raymore. 20 miles the wrong direction. The people that I picked up the trailer from were very nice but they called UHaul to get help on filling out the paperwork. The woman on the phone was not helpful at all and was rather rude. The trailer was parked in the grass with the tongue on the ground. I was loading by myself which is nearly impossible in the grass because you can't move the tongue around the ball hitch. I had to use my tire jack to get the tongue up high enough to back under it. Also the wiring harness was only about two inches long. I had to go to the auto parts store, buy parts and build a wiring harness to make the lights work. I would let your next customer know that they should find another alternative than using your company. I hope to never be in a situation where I have to use your company again. You used to have much better customer service.Greg C.

Deliver equipment and supplies to one pick up location so the customer doesn't have to deal with multiple pickup locations and split orders. Ensure all rental equipment is reserved and available at time of pick up. Don't park equipment in mud, I had to clean my driveway after loading because the trailer tires were covered in mud.Jacob C.
I paid Perkins before I left their lot and three days later I was contacted by u haul saying I still owed the amount plus a 30 dollar late fee on the bill I already paid.
