There was a problem with my uhaul.com account. Some kinda hold that wouldn't allow them to rent to me upon pickup. I was in dire need of my rental to go as planned. Although very busy the owner took time to call uhaul.com and get everything cleared up for me. Thanks again for everything Franks S&S auto repair!
