The erson at rental doesn't speak any English, only Turkish. I had to call support service, they didn't have dolly, I requested. I spent at least 1 hour at the office and when I told that I was leaving, they told that they would give me 25% discount for inconvenience. Today I discovered I have been charged full price plus $92 for milage (to move 1 sofa bed from Port Jefferson to Westhampton) and also they added fuel surcharge because, since the location didn't have dolly (I requested when placed order) I had to pick it up and then drop-off at the different location.. I don't even know where to complain. I can't go to the same place-it was the worst experience ever... before ordering Uhaul, plerase make sure guy art the rental office speaks english and you request total before you get the key...
