Nothing everything was good
NICOLE WI would not recommend U-Haul to my friends because they do do keep track of their equipment well. The only reason we went to this location is because our original reservation did not have the equipment we reserved and they did not tell us until after we were already there to pick up the truck. So this Rosenberg location is great, the staff is amazing, but UHaul needs to revamp their reservation process.
