Shameem MBefore taking the paymebt details i would encourage if the staff can ask how much there are going to put on it. After giving the breakup then proceed with the payment. Poor customer experience i must say
Dipesh AThe person working at the place didn’t show up at the time I reached there. I had to call him and he answered 10 minutes later and didn’t even bother to check if I had uploaded my ID. Poor management!
Zainuddin AThey supposed to make sure that all the equipment that we ordered is ready by that time or already should be reserved it in the truck. That is what other locations do except this location. I had to pick up the truck in one place and the equipment in the other place, which is took so longer for us to make the move. Or else they could have suggested the location that we can pick up everything together.
