Francisca CI had scheduled a virtual mobile pickup and I got there, pulled up the app to start the check in process and I get a hard stop telling me to call u-haul. Apparently the “gas station” didn’t setup the virtual pickup.
amy lMy card wouldn’t go thru @ the gas station. I was on the phone for almost an hour & constantly getting transferred about paying for the truck. The guy @ the gas station & all of the people I spoke to on the phone, could’ve told me I could’ve done it thru the app.
