This location was behind another business with a very small sign our front. I had to navigate a 26 foot truck through a parking lot of cars. No one was there at 3 PM on a Saturday. There was a drop box with confusing directions. (lock additional items in the truck bed, why would I leave my lock on a returning truck?) An individual finally came up and indicated that I only had to drop off the key. He went into a small 10 X 10 shed with no sign. I dropped off the locked truck, placed the key into the box and left.

U-Haul needs to include rental tax price in rental lease quote . I was not aware of a rental tax until I picked up my equipment which was about $35.00 .

The operator told me she would get me to the closet uhaul drop off and I passed one on hwy 211 before I arrived to the location given. I hope I'm not charged any extra (or went over any mileage) driving to the drop off.

Made reservation. Didn't get a phone call until 9pm the night before. Couldn't keep the promise of the reservation, unless I wanted to drive 24miles the other direction. Told it was my fault for moving the last week of July. I'm in customer service for a living. Completely unacceptable, and unprofessional. I'll try Penske first next time, or not even bother making a reservation ahead of time since it really doesn't mean anything apparently.

Tires were not in as good of condition as were another 6x12' trailer there. No one came out to help us connect the trailer nor to confirm that we knew what we were doing.(We did.) Check in was fast and efficient.

Hire people that know what they are doing. I rented a U Haul to move to a different address exactly 15.3 miles away. The guy that processed the paperwork stated my estimated charges would be $83. And some odd cents. It had 1/3 tank of gas and when I returned it, I actually filled the tank to full and then dropped the truck off around 10:30 pm that same day. The next morning I checked my bank account and was charged $103.00 for total use. I immediately went to the rental office and questioned the amount. The guy that rented it, his name is Mikey, looked and he had entered the mileage at over 123 miles used. We only went a total of just under 30 miles AND completely filled the tank up, which I was not obligated to do. Now, the owner of the office has had to adjust the mileage, credit my account, then will have to go back in and re debit my account for just over $73.00 and then informed me that if it was not done correctly, it was my responsibility to take care of it with my bank. So far, I have received a credit if only $3.70 to bank account. If this is not corrected, it's not my responsibility to have it corrected, it is the rental office responsibility. I will file a formal complaint against U Haul and the rental office and possibly file a law suit.
