PAMELA SI was clearly told there would be no additional fees for my one way trip moving across the US. Then I’m randomly charged a wrong drop off fee for not taking the trailer back to where I got it from. Why would I take it back when my reservation way for a “ONE WAY TRIP.” Adding random charges like this without any information given is a huge issue and needs to be resolved for their error.
