No person was available . Knocked on door for sometime . Lady "karen" came to the door and was super nasty and rude. Told me to look at the sign and call the numer to get ahold of someone who wasn't working that day. I dropped the keys in box and left . The parking lot is not meant for UhAul trucks as it is about 6 spaces for cars only. Never again Never again
