Everything was great, the process very automated. We spent very little time picking up and dropping the vehicle.

Charged extra $65 for gas. I only used 13.8 miles and I filled up gas before returning it. When I called they said I took it 1/4 tank and returned it 1/8 tank. I told them that I took it at 1/8 and return it 1/8. They said this is not their fault as I should have told them before I left. The problem no one mentioned about the 1/4 tank and I received no contract from them although they said they will email it to me so I'm not sure how I'm going to read their mind. After long argument, they said they will look into my request and get the owner to re-imburse me the money, but sounded like a maybe. I called head office to complain and waiting for an update. Horrible service, unprofessional team running this place and I will never use this fraud location.

I got charged an extra day but returned the truck the same day, and i got charged for extra mileage, but only used 40 of the 48 allowed with the price. And i got other charges i don't understand. Contacted uhaul and filed a complaint but still nothing back from them. Super annoyed

You should make it more apparent that the pass code only appears 30 Mins before your reservation. I kept thinking there was a glitch I. The app. Also, please warn us about the passport photo and thr contact numbers require right before receiving the vehicle. If you did, it was not made apparent to me. Thank you

While the link to return the truck seemed like it was going to be an easy experience I found a few issues. Firstly, it was saying it couldn't access my location even though my location was turned on and I was granting access. Secondly, it wasn't properly uploading photos, which would stall me as I was unable to move forward with the check-out process. I ended up having to call customer service, it took approx. 30 minutes to return the truck and was very frustrating. I'd also like to note that I am 25, so it's not like I was struggling with the technology, but I know this would not have been okay if someone like my parents were trying to check-out. Otherwise, the truck, location, and employees were great!


I made the rent with Furniture Pads and Utility Dolly and was not in the truck I gave a call at the same time for the U-haul, not can be done, had to go without the equipaments. Since my rental was for 9 am and the office just open 10 am I had to do my moving without the pads and Dolly what was very hard. I just received a receipt that have this items I hope gets removed before charge me. The Truck was not very clean and was parking in a spot very near to other trucks almost impossible to remove from the place. Had to have help from other people to be able to leave the place.

- clean the vehicles. There were cigarette ashes, food crumbs all over the seats and cup holders. - large gouge on the side wall of the tire - reading on our receipt showed an incorrect amount of gas to get corrected - also, this pick up location was provided to us only after going to another assigned location that was closed. Even after I had called to confirm. Terrible experience! Our move started 1.5 hours late as a result of that incompetence.

One of the item was missing and I had make arrangements for the same at last minute. It happened to me 10 days before as well at a different location. U-Haul or the agency needs to update the customer that they don't have the equipment that is confirmed in the order.

It would be helpful to know where the return key box is and for the return process to be explained at pickup. It took me almost an 30 minutes to figure it out because the store closed early that day so there was no one to ask when I returned the vehicle and the return key box is not obvious. Additional lighting in the parking lot would make the area feel safer for after hour returns.


Everything was well and in order for our move, we were very happy with the service. However, just one suggestion for the key drop off, the code we were given didn't seem to work and we noticed that the previous people also just left the key on the tiny hole. Thanks for the overall experience!

The office was closed at 1030 when I had a pick up scheduled for 10 as the young gentleman perhaps forgot to set his alarm or was to busy to come to the office on time. I waited along with all the other unhappy customers. There is not near enough space here to vent my frustration at this poorly run enterprise. I'll never deal with these guys again.

The worst customer service and experience I've had in years. When you call, nobody cares, gives you wrong information and keep transferring you around. My reservation was for 8am in downtown, and they sent me to scarborough for 10am without notice. I had to drive extra 30 km and had to pay for it, even though I booked it a month in advance. I spent 2 and a half hours on the phone talking to different people for nothing. When I got there at 9:50am, the shop should open at 10 am, but the person responsible for the place only got there at almost 11am. I lost the elevator that I booked, and had to wait after everyone was done, to start mine. I returned the truck at 11:10 am the next day, and believe it or not, this company is charging me FOR 2 DAYS. I'll never recommend this company to anyone, and will never rent anything from here. They also provided me a broken dolly with a flat tire, and I'm also paying for 2 days for it. Perfect combo.

Location did not open until almost 11am. Van was covered inside and out with mud and leaves. Rental was supposed to be $19.95 not $89.00 + $15 CDW + mileage so we were overcharged. No furniture pads available. Had to slide clean furniture across the mud and leaves. Online check in and check out did not work properly.

Location is a tiny office with a large shared parking lot. There is a tiny U-Haul sign outside, but no instructions on where to drop after hours. Doesn't seem like there is any security - nothing to stop people from taking the trailer i just dropped off.

I requested and paid for furniture pads. The pads were not provided. Although I was refunded the cost of the missing furniture pads, some of my furniture was scratched in the process of moving.
