The key for the truck was supposed to be left in a lockbox but never arrived. We were unable to pick up the truck as a result.

Horrible customer service. We were told we were late and that we couldn’t pick up after 15 min. We were 10 min n late not 15. Location was “scary” borderline unsafe. Truck had dirty tissues in it. Overall horrible pick up location.
