Brandon TThe only thing I would suggest: when I picked the truck up it had rained heavily that day and was very muddy by the van. I had to take the pictures using the mobile app pick up feature and had to step in so much mud to do so. I would suggest to the next customer if it’s raining or has rained to wear proper shoes when picking up This maybe unavoidable but wanted to point that out.

Mariam AThis location was an hour away from the original pick up point. UHaul's new pick up process is a joke. Even then, you'll have to wait for the Uhaul rep to get the keys. They don't give them much notice either. Do better!!
