I called 3 times, when I finally got Roge to take my reservation, gave him my credit card info explained the rental. He said he would meet me next day at 9:15 am. Never was at location!, horrible services. Said he had called twice on Monday, but it was a lie as I never received his phone call. Told me &1.19 per mile not sure why I didn’t get unlimited miles?. I should have received a discount for all the frustration, tardiness, unprofessional work ethic.
