I had booked a 20foot truck but only received a 15 foot truck so i had to make to trips which was ridiculous.
Justin S.There was no shovel or brush to clean the snow and it was snowing heavily. No instructions were given where I'll get the keys from. They said it's self serve but there was no lock box for key on the truck. Then they said to collect from the store
