Your weekend procedures are very difficult for computer illiterate 70 year old people!!!! We were told when we reserved the truck that we could pick up the truck at the place we reserved it at and the attendant said he would meet us at 9:00 Saturday morning with the key. On the Thursday before we were scheduled we received a call to pick up a truck in Sisseton SD - a 50 mile trip in the opposite direction to drive it 60 miles just to get it to Watertown to load it. Wasn’t gonna happen as it made no sense when there was trucks in Watertown!!! Nothing was said about downloading the app or having to go to website. As far as we knew they were still going to be at site to get a key from. By the time we had a key in hand - 1 1/2 hours later - with a crew waiting for us to help load- we were furious to say the least. We will never recommend UHaul as a moving truck to anyone!!
