The 24/7 customer support is awful. They transferred us 9 times, hung up on us 5 times. Nobody could help. The only one that helped was the roadside assistance and they got in contact with the owners. The owner was very helpful. Thank you for that.

BRIAN BI drove 6 hours one way and back again because i was told it was cheaper yeah it was like an extra 500 bucks plus 6 hours of my time and u haul couldnt rewrite my contract...very disapointed plus my contract was missing my dolleys and blankets extra
