Blair W.The online ordering is convenient but chaotic - possibly because it was the start of a summer month and a long weekend so the location where the trailer was available was only confirmed by phone afterwards - a bit odd. Then i received an email confirming my initial trailer at a different location even though i was told by the phone salesperson that no trailer was available at that first location. confusing. This location in Headingley was great - very courteous, and helpful and easy to access with lots of room to backup a trailer.
