Bill C | Overall ExperienceWhen I lived on Vancouver Island I used the Uhaul Storage Facility there and the staff and storage there were amazing. The storage was clean and I had no problems, so when I decided to move back to Alberta I decided to use your facility again, but when I chose you Stony Plain Rd Location, the Storage locker I was given, was not even cleaned when I arrived, so I had to wait for it to be cleaned. The locker itself is in rough shape. The foundation is cracked it looks like there has been possible water damage in the past. Im not Impressed with the locker I was assigned to so I asked to be put onto a list for a newer unit. Also this unit seems small for a 10x20 unit as well. I’m very particular with how I like my storage unit set up and this unit inits rough shape just doesn’t cut it for me. First time I’ve been dissatisfied with Uhaul.
Daina W | First ImpressionsThe service was good but when we went to storage locker to unload stuff it was locked with a U-Haul lock … someone forgot to take off so couldn’t unload that night and had to wait till morning which put a damper on the rest of our move
Heather G | First ImpressionsMy brand new unit.originally was clean. when I returned a few months later everything inside my unit was covered with a heavy dust and mouse poop. In addition there are many homeless or transient people on or living on the premises. People working from units stripping wire and various questionable activities. Moved my contents to a cleaner and more secure location that is not a Uhaul location I notified staff several time.

Multiple times despite an appointment to access pod and waiting a couple hours could not grant me access to it Storage unit was dirty, cracked walls and floors, broken light and many of my items were water damaged upon removal Price was raised after only being in unit 2 months Don’t ask us for feedback and then claim I should fix it with facility. Provide better service and no need for bad feedback
