I had to move because the price has continued to go up. I originally got the storage unit in August 2023 and it was $169 then and has continued to go up every year. The unit was a good size and the staff was always helpful.

Throughout the years I stored there, the hours were all over the place and that made it very inconvenient. Plus they were never accurately posted online or on the building or anywhere really...

The facility was chronically understaffed and the U-Haul phone system makes communication very inconvenient from a customer viewpoint. Given these shortcomings and the higher rental fees I am going back to a local vendor. Your physical plant is excellent, your corporate style of management doesn’t fit with the Fairbanks sensibility. I wasted a lot of time and expense dealing with trivial issues.

They promised to get it repaired and did not. I complained every year when it leaked. I had moldy ceiling tile fall into my unit and on my stuff. Part of my unit was not useable because of that. The new managers listened and seem better
