The vehicle was bad, the front of the cab had animal hair in it... my daughter is allergic to animals and she was sneezing and coughing the whole trip. The truck itself mechanically was the worst. It wouldn't let me drive over 60 mph.. it took me longer than expected to reach my destination and I missed my appointment to get my truck unloaded.Tykesha C.
Have the truck AT the place its supposed to be WHEN it's supposed to be there. Don't make me drive a long way unexpectedly, at a time that's already very hectic and tightly scheduled. I will never recommend U-Haul to anyone.TIMOTHY H.

NOT charge the customer a fee when YOUR app doesn't allow the user to return the truck. I tried numerous times and even called the center to get help and the gal who answered the phone said more less pound salt. Very very frustrating after being on hold for over 20 minutes and not being able to get the help I needed. I never received a final notice of what I was charged. Please have someone email it to me. The gentleman that helped me was pleasant absolutely nothing wrong with the service I was provided.GUY A.
The truck I had reserved was not returned by the individual. Your staff jumped on it and found another truck for me. I was in a crunch so I truly appreciate them working to make things work out for me. Thank youNANCY H.
The person that could complete the rental was 30 minutes late and the person that hooked up the trailer left the safety chains and light wires dragging on the ground. Glad I wasn't on a tight schedule and that I checked the hook up instead of just trusting the guy and heading down the road.Tyler A.

This was the 4th location from my initial reservation. When I arrived staff who could rent uhaul was not there so the salvage staff had to call her and I spent a additional 45 minutes there while he had to learn how to complete the rental. Also windshield wipers broke which I had to wait for them to fix, door frozen shut, and gas tank only had between 1/4 and 1/2 tank left. Other location in Forest Lake I was told would be open at 7am and for sure have truck. This was not open. Worst uhaul experience ever. My move was late and had to keep movers waiting. I would give uhaul a 0 out of 0 and will be looking for other companies to rent trucks from in future.Erica C.
I was supposed to have a truck in the Minneapolis area, instead they sent me a hour away to pick up my truck ( which I reserved way back in June). Then I got to the location and Niobe there knew how to work the â€œu-haulâ€ system & it took over an hour to get my truck. Then had to drive back an hour. Also I called and talk to a manager and I was toldâ€ for the inconvenience they would not charge me for the miles to drive to / from the u-haulâ€. ..Then when we returned the truck they charged my card with the additional 50 miles, when I wasn't supposed. I won't remmend or ever use U-HAUL again.Curtis M.
