It is fine. The lady that works in the office is NOT friendly. I had a 9:30 pickup time and arrived at 9:26 and she informed me that they did not open until 930 and she had check-ins that needed to be done. Just a very awkward transaction but in the end the truck worked great, the blankets and dolly were in the truck ready to go.RUTH N.

It was nice to find a truck late on a Sunday. Using the app, you have to upload quite a bit of info including a picture of your face. Customer service was curt and efficient just the way I like it.SANTOS R.

The vehicle smelled like cigarette smoke. Very unprofessional most rentals is non smoking. Drop off of vehicle was very sketchy seemed weird that drop off could be done after closing hours.AMANDA S.

I was charged for a dolly that I never received. I talked to customer support and they said they would take care of it and I was still charged. I disputed the charge online at the return of the vehicle and it said I would be contacted within 48 hours. I was not contacted and instead was billed for the Dolly. I am extremely unsatisfied with the way I was told I would be assisted, and then charged otherwise.Harold M.

While ultimatly we were able to get through the transaction of me renting this truck, it didn't start out to well. The office is strangely located.. I didn't see it until I walked all the way up to it. When I got there, there are two doors and about 20 signs between the 2 of them to read. The door was a little stuck and when I pulled on it the first time, it didn't open. I then knocked and pulled again... The woman behind the counter was kinda annoyed and yelled to just pull it. Yes.. I was offended... Lots to process, Covid, trying to follow all the directions and notes. I didn't know about the uploading the drivers licence. It would be nice to do that when I book my truck. I rent from U-Haul a lot to move balloons around. This was not my favorite place to rent from. The truck cab was not clean, dusty, dirty had a pretty bad smell in it. AGAIN>>> COVID!!!! please clean the cab at least!!!! I was told it had a full tank of full, It did not. Over all - I got my job done. I returned the truck with more fuel than I got it. Not my favorite U-Haul rental experience.ALLISON D.

This location was over an hour away and their was a location 3 miles from our apartment. It cost us a lot of time and money to organize our pick and then the vehicle was 6 hours late!Grant E.
The front desk staff were great, the lady that checked me in was lovely. The uhaul systems were down so it took a bit longer than expected but I understood. The individual that was asked to go retrieve my blankets and dollies was exceptionally rude. He yelled at the front desk lady and told her he'd get my equipment once he'd thrown the â€œdamn trash in the dumpsterâ€. He didn't take too long but was moaning and griping the entire time. I felt bad for the lady in the front office, she was very nice and courteous; the look on her face when he yelled at her was that of a scolded child. Not professional at all. Front desk lady and gentleman were fantastic though.Caroline H.

I used this location because I had good service previously. I would not use this again unless a person was able to help. The app experience was dreadful....took over an hour to check in and 45 minutes to checkout. I had to call at least 5 times to get thru the app process. The app process is demanding even tho I had given all my info in pre checkin reservation. Very frustrating to get caught in an app loop, to take pics of mileage, gas gauge, side and back of vehicle, my drivers' license (front and back) all while it was raining. Finding the lockbox was a trick then had to call to get instructions for unlocking the lock. Just TOO MUCH! The vehicle was fine.Constance J.

I was charge for a scratch for the back cargo part of truck but when I was asked to overlook truck before renting it there was no question asking to check the cargo part of pickup I assumed because this was a rental pickup and was used to move things of course there would be scratches in back of pickupRebecca A.

Hard to fine, so sine age, also drop off inspection not done very thoroughly. I parked on a hill, and the gas gauge registered differently and then I got charged for gas which I should not have. I want a refundMax E.

It took 30 mins for them just to scan my ID and then when I got the uhaul it had pet hair all inside. We live in CO so when we were moving it was snowing the wind shield wipers didnt work! Could not return it til the day when it stopped.Sallifah O.

The staff at this location were excellent. Friendly service, positive attitude, and personable. The lady that took my phone call remembered my name when I arrived to pick up the truck. I rent the truck under my wife name. We picked the truck up a little bit late because of first time and the system did not send the confirmation code. The customer service called my wife when I was at the location to pick the truck up was rude. The truck was dirty at pick-up time. No good first experience.Sang P.

The location was terrible for hooking up a trailer and getting out. I had to back it up all the way to the street to get out. The clerk was nice and friendly but I had to get 3 different Uhaul items from 3 different locations and it was hands down the worst experience ever and I will not be using Uhaul ever again.jesse M.

This place is awful. 10/10 would NOT use U-Haul just because of this location/experience. The owners are downright rude and disrespectful and made me feel like I was wasting their time. Be aware, they want you to sign everything and will not let you inspect the truck to note damages (until after you sign stating vehicle condition). If using U-Haul, I highly recommend using a different location!Brandon K.

Night and Day difference from pickup location to drop off! Very friendly, kind and inviting. No issues with drop off. I was SO exhausted that I forgot to fill up so on top of me losing $100 to my moving crew that bailed because I was late, I also was charged 38$ for gas. Most expensive one day rental ever.Tarena D.

With a very sticky situation that was in, they helped me even after their normal business hours to ensure I could leave the truck there from Wyoming. Everything eventually worked out after a few days when a manager personally called me from his cell phone to make the situation right and honored the price I paid at a different location before a couple of mistakes were made. The customer service person behind the desk asked my son if everything went ok and my son said â€œactually the inside of the truck box was dirty and someone left a pizza box and some other misc trash and the customer service person vehemently disagreed said their people cleaned it out beforehand and said everything but that my son was liar. My son is an electrical engineer and does customer service in the software industry, so he and knows how take care of a customer, and this is NOT how you do it!Albert H.

I don't understand why the same UHaul I rented sat at the storage unit all day while I had to go across town to get a different truck. The trip added at least 10 miles to my charges. Then, I was unable to check-in thru my phone and was helped by the shop owner even though she wasn't open on Sunday. Kodos to her for the service.Rachelle B.
