Please clean out the truck . It reads of piss &' cigarettes. There was tobacco and ashes everywhere on the floor . The whole cab smelled like urine .Queen M.

Was a little concerned abut some of the people in the area. Police visited while I was there. Online checkin process had some issues with the website and NO ONE answers the phone. So you are on your own. u-haul never emailed me a receiptCraig B.

I was charged $184 for the 19.99 truck. And its hell to get my money back. I only drove 6.9 miles total but some how I was charge for 53 miles smh. Don't Rent your Uhaul from this location.Jennifer G.

This location need to train it's gas station attendants on proper customer service. This needs to include not acting nervous when asked a question and quick to say they dont know anythjng indtead of finding someone who does. My family and I had to wait over 30 minutes to get into our truck because the attendant was acting uneasy quick to say he didint know anything. This was depsite the app telling me to show him my screen to get the code for the key box. Me and two other family memebers went in separately to ask about getting the key. Meanwhile, the others were on hold with customer service. It wasnt until the third person, my mother, went in and he gave her the number to Ton, the one with the code. Ton walked the attendant through the process. Once we got our key, the customer service agent extended our drop off time for the inconvenience. When I opened the truck there was a dolly but no furniture pads as ordered. Once the truck was dropped off I put in a request to have the furniture pad charge removed. When I got the receipt, the furniture charged remained. Later on that day I was charged once again with all the initial charges doubled. This cuased my card to go into the negatives. I called customer service several times but was on hold for over an hour. The live chat people never responded. I sent an email about the matter and the charges were corrected. All in all, I would not recommend this location for a uhual pickup due to the attendants lack of knowledge and poor customer service. Id give the location 1 star and the overall uhaul experience 1 star as well.Ella W.
