We reserved equipment, we called to confirm details a couple days before our PU time, we replied to emails recd by UHaul regarding it to confirm as well. We hired help for loading and moving our very ill Mom back to MI from Florida. We arrived at the PU location a few min before our PU time and although there was a very nice young man attempting to service us (Bailey) he was unable to complete our transaction without numerous phone calls to a mgr and we stood in the lobby for an hour waiting to get the truck and car trailer we rented while our Mom and the moving help was ready and waiting on us in McAlpin.
