Next time I make a reservation can you please make sure you put it in for the right day. I went in there to pick up my trailer and there was not one available because your person on the phone put me down for the right day. As a result I missed half a day at work trying to find another trailer. The nearest one was 20 miles away. I was supposed to get a call back from the area representative and still have not received one. You guys have a $50 guarantee which obviously doesn't mean anything because I still had to pay for my trailer the next day. You guys make a promise you should keep it.

This was not the location my reservation was made for originally. My reservation was for another location and the day before I was to pick up the vehicle that location called to tell me they would be closed the day I was to pick up the vehicle yet I was told that they would be open and they also told me that they did not have the vehicle I reserved. So with the help of a district manager I found a vehicle at another location.

I rented a 17’ truck. The location was great and easy to find. Quick and easy pick up. The truck seemed to be an older truck. It smelled like cigarettes inside but since there was an ash try in it I assume people smoke in it regularly. My biggest issue was the center console of the cab of the truck wasn’t secure when I left. While driving down the road the center consol came off the dash, which wouldn’t be a problem if the engine compartment wasn’t exposed behind it so it blew extremely hot air onto my legs and into the cab. I pulled over and clipped the console back and it fixed the problem but was very unexpecting it to happen.

Our original truck reservation was not available and we learned this only after we took a flight from Michigan to Atlanta and upon arriving our reservations were not available. Also the pricing went from 504 to 780. Thanks u haul definitely won't use you ever again.

I requested 1 dozen furniture pads, but they were not included on the truck. We had to make arrangements for our furniture by unpacking blankets and towels. The receipt says 1 dozen furniture pads were rented and returned, but I never received or returned 1 dozen pads.

Truck was dirty and they overcharged me on mileage. I have pictures to prove everything and I uploaded them in the uhaul app. I’ll never use this place again.

I was told the truck I was trying to haul would fit on the trailer but it didn't. I drove 2 hours and couldn't pick up the truck. So I paid $70 for no reason and still have to find a way to bring the truck? home.

knowing where our drop point was sooner would have been helpful and being allowed to change it if it didn’t quite work for us would’ve also been nice— we passed four or five U-Haul places on the way to the drop-off.

Problem one: U-Haul changed my original pick-up location to this one without telling me in advance. When I showed up at the original place, the lady was beyond rude when directing me to go to the new place and gave incorrect directions. Problem two: this new place was a dirty tool store and he charged me an extra $11.77 but couldn't tell me why (I had already pre-paid in full online the day before). He also incorrectly stated the fuel level. I will be making a phone call to U-Haul to dispute this.

I checked in online for a 1 pm pick up, I did t actually get there until after 1. My printed contract wasn’t even generated until 1:23. The gentleman behind the counter was having a tough time with the computer. All in all, I didn’t keave the office until almost 2. The next day, I arrived at 2:06. They were saying the gas was 1/16th of a tank below where it was when I left and it was going to be another 17 dollars. I asked him if he was seriously going to charge me 17 dollars over 1/16th of a tank. His response was that he was already knocking the extra day off. I said it was only a one day rental. He said I was an hour late. I explained to him that I didn’t leave u til 2 the day before. He became ni
