ROGER FI had trouble getting the key code for after hours pickup from the U-Haul app, so I actually had to wake the site manager. She was very nice about it and helped me get the keys and get on my way. As far as the location goes, I would give it a 10 out of 10, but U-haul needs to work on making the app simpler to use.

BADR HMaybe removing the dolly and the protective mats from the truck. When a user knows that these are not needed, these are just waste space..

ALSUAY SI met one white man sitting at the desk.I explained to him that I am returning the truck but he just accepted the keys and was sitting down. I was also standing and looking at him. I thought he will go and inspect the truck before I leave the premises.i waited for about 20min minutes for him to go and inspect the truck. When he took the truck to park and returned . I wanted to asked him if every was OK that I can leave. This man just closed the door at me that I was outside not being able to talk to him. I even knocked at the windows whiles he was sitting in the room to ask if everything was OK with the truck but he didn't care to even look at me. I even waived at him and he saw me waiving but yet he did care. It's very bad to keep such a mean man to take care of business like that. I was actually surprised to see someone behaving like that to a customer. I left the premises without a word from him.

Alejandro BThe main issue was the uhaul app would not work everything else was good.Picking up the uhaul and dropping off the vehicle. The GPS would not work locating the van. We used two different phones and finally had to go through the website that was also having issues then finally worked.

Gerald RIn Uhaul site while choosing the movinghelp, the option to choose timing always defaults to evening. It’s not allowing our selection or not showing any alert if that slot is occupied. It created unnecessary delay in my movement.

Mohsen SThis location was friendly and had easy pickup / drop off instructions. I used the 10" truck for my one bedroom apartment and that was perfect for the amount of belongings I had. If you have a lot of furniture I would suggest a slightly bigger truck.

Brad BI was pleased with the customer service representative’s kind attitude and calm approach when I called to explain that the UHaul truck did not have a ramp. But there was no solution available. I can’t imagine anyone would want to ise a UHaul truck with no ramp but certainly since we were moving a piano we needed a ramp. My husband built a ramp that evening so we could make our planned delivery time. It worked out fine for us but another family would need to know well beforehand if there’s no ramp.

DAMION HWhy must we close out on the app once the local owner says I'm good to go...you should pick either trusting the local owners for check in (best) or the app and use ONLY one method. The app is essentially useless because almost everything ends in a phone call to Uhaul.
