Jacks pawn shop was a great experience. The overall experience was not so great. The original location didn't properly enter my rental info and they were closed so I couldn't pick up my rental. I selected 24/7 ride share but the storage place didn't enter it correctly. So I had to find another truck ASAP. Jack was very helpful with getting me on the road ASAP.

We requested an appliance dolly online and when we got there was given a utility dolly. Having the right kind of dolly would have prevented unnecessary damage to my brand new washer. Not happy about that

My reservation was moved to this location. The gentleman was efficient but hardly pleasant or a font of information. I had requested furniture pads and a hand truck. I had to ask about them and was informed they did not have those. It is also not the easiest to maneuver a vehicle out onto the street. I checked would recommend because they did have several rentals available, UHaul fulfilled the reservation made at another location, but it would be with the above statements.

Truck was cleanish. Several service warnings lights flashing on the panel in the truck. Including traction issues, of course it rained while we had the truck so extra precautions were taken on our part. Requested an appliance dolly, got there and he had none. Sent me to another location to get one. Stood in line for 20 minutes (waisted rental time I paid for) only to be told they didn't have any either. Had to buy a dolly.

The main issues was having had my booking cancelled on me with no notification. I arrived at the pickup location to be told it was canceled and that nothing else was available. After they were on the phone they found this 24/7 location. Although this worked out I still had to go out of my way when the original pickup location was more convos ent and picked specifically for that reason.

There was no truck available at the location that I was to pick up at then I had to go extremely out of the way to another location to get a truck. The mobile pick up and drop off was absolutely ridiculous. Very dissatisfied with my experience with Uhaul. You all need to do better.

Was told that nobody would be on site but I could do it all thru the app. So I agreed. Showed up to get van. Van was on site. Went thru process and verified. Then was told to go show my verification inside. Nobody was working. I called. Got Sharon on the phone. She gave me the codes however no keys were left!!!! I had to reschedule my delivery. Drive additional 20 mins to get another U-Haul. Waste of my time. Gas etc.

The truck is very unsafe. It needs an alignment badly. The hood lifts with the speed of the truck and the shocks feel like they should've been replaced years ago. There was no appliance dolly but we still were charged for it. I've rented many uhaul truck....actually over 15 in the past 20 years but after this experience I will defiantly be shopping around again.

There was something wrong with the floor vent on the driver side. It was blowing extremely hot air on my feet while I was driving. I had the air conditioner on but the hot air kept blowing and it was an extremely uncomfortable drive. That should really be fixed.

Was very upset with the final return picked up 11.05 was not told anything about when to return before another day charge .so I returned in 24hrs.was charged another day thought was advertised 24hrs or 1 day.also had to pay double on rental of dolly

The truck was the worse I"ve ever rented. Alignment seemed off. It got about 3 miles to the gallon. Would not drive on the highway. Truck needs major work or should not be rented.

Rates are too high I paid over $80.00 put cash it vehicle and was charged mileage .79 cents a mile really? I used this truck to move one item only it was not worth the price.

Two days in a row I had equipment reserved and an email confirmation. Upon arriving at the locations the euipment was not available. The first location (Jefferesonville IN) had nothing else available and did not assist me in finding an alternative. This location luckily had an alternative but it did not meet my needs. DO NOT RESERVE ONLINE! Uhaul will not assist you if they fail to meet your reservation and they DO NOT HONOR THEIR GUARANTEE. They gaurantee your reservation and say they'll offer a $50 credit and will STILL help find an alternative rental but they DO NOT HONOR THAT GUARANTEE and DID NOT credit me $100 for failing to meet my reservation twice in a row or even credit me $50 for one. After speaking to costumer service it became obvious that they were not concerned and placed the blame on me even after forwarding my confirmation emails as proof.

The location was fine. No issues at all once the truck rental was finally secured. I booked a truck and then got a call the next day that there wasn't actually a truck available at the first location and that there wasn't even something else that I could rent - truck or trailer. I called this location and was able to get a truck but couldn't keep it the 24 hrs. However I still had to pay for the full 24 hours. I probably won't use U-Haul again after this. But the employees at the location were great when we picked it up and dropped it off. The overall system was the problem.

I was given a vehicles with an airbag light that has been known to go on and off for an unknown reason. This makes the vehicle unsafe in the event of an accident.

The floor of the box truck was to dirty for setting your furniture on ! Mattress, furniture feet needed to be cleaned after moving

I was charged $120 PLUS there is a $30 pending charge to my bank account now. I only drove the truck 49 miles and filled the tank up to 1/4 tank just as it was given to me. I have photos to prove the miles and the amount of fuel in the gas tank. Uhaul is currently working to resolve this. But I will never rent from this location again.

This was the second location , the first one I booked through told me my Uhaul was not even there and to go elsewhere and was less than pleasant.

Just concerned that he wasn't going to document the mileage that we used. We had estimated under 100 miles which he put on the billing sheet but we ended up only making one trip for a total of 21 miles which makes a difference in the mileage charge.

The location and truck were fine but I have been getting random charges on my card since I ordered this U-Haul. I didn't get an email saying that I owed anything extra until 4 days after the payment was due WITH THE LATE FEE ADDED ON. I tried to pay 3 times with 2 different credit cards and the website kept saying there was an issue but wouldn't tell me how to resolve it or why there was a problem it just told me to put the key for the truck in the lockbox. Then money gets taken from BOTH cards that I tried to use and then the email 4 days after the payment was supposed to be due. This is absolutely ridiculous. To anyone reading this NEVER USE U-HAUL. It's a fucking scam and I had to cancel my card just so they won't take any more from my account.

The uhaul didn't start the guy came out and jumped it I drove off in it got 10 miles down the street it stop call the uhaul is place was on hold with them for several minutes finally got some one but they couldn't help me bcuz the paperwork I had wasn't even mine got back to Jack pawn on Bardstown Rd he told me to hang up with uhaul leave it satting in the road and all he never check the gas hand or the condition of the truck at all than charged me a 68.00 when my ticket says 40$ something $$ and promised me the next rental experience would be free for me.
